EXCHANGES
Once you submit your Return Request, you will be asked to write down the item you would like to receive in the notes.
If you request a change of size/color of the same item:
For the sake of our customers' convenience and to speed up the exchange process, your purchases of Converse, Or and Daniel Hechter can be exchanged (an exchange of size / color only) in the corresponding stores. Please head to the store closest to you and exchange your items
The returned product must be in its original condition and its brand, price tags, box in case of shoes and receipts must not be removed, otherwise we will not be able to process your exchange. To complete the size or color exchange process through the store, the customer should present the product receipt to the branch employees, the exchange will be executed immediately through the branch.

Once the returned item is returned to the warehouse and passes inspection, a new order will be created with your desired exchange- subject to availability. If the item requested is out of stock:

Kindly note that if you bought the item during a promotion, discount doesn’t apply to your new purchase. If the item requested is out of stock, our customer service agent will contact you with options.
