HOW TO RETURN ITEMS YOU ORDERED
TFK allows easy returns. In case of receiving a damaged/defective product or if you received a wrong order, TFK will bear the cost of your order’s return. Exchanges are free of charge,Refunds: Will be charged a shipping fee of LE20 for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, and LE35 for any other government, deductible from the refunded amount.
If you bought a product and want to exchange it with another one, the shipping fee and return are for free, but in case you want to return it and get a refund, you will pay a shipping fee of LE20 for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, and LE35 for any other government, deductible from the refunded amount.
Example:
You bought an item with a cost of 100EGP and you want to return it and get a refund, in this case you will receive your refund amount as 80EGP if you are in Cairo, Giza, and Alex, and you will receive your refunded amount as 65LE for any other governments.
Follow this link https://tfk.me/pages/returns to make your exchange. Lookup you order in the table and simply click on the item you want to return or exchange. You will be directed to the page where you will choose the item you want to return or exchange, kindly add your bank details to your notes to accelerate the refund process. In case of exchange, kindly add the item you want to receive in the notes.

2) Schedule a pick-up time for the returned product:
A pick-up time will be arranged and scheduled by our shipping partners.
3) Return the order:
Put the product with the Airway Bill inside TFK’s bag and use the seal to close it securely. The returned product must be in its original condition and its brand, price tags, box in case of shoes and receipts must not be removed, otherwise we will not be able to process your return/exchange.
4) Exchange or refund processing:
Once we receive your returned order; our operations team will inspect the product. Once the product successfully passes inspection, your exchange or refund will be process. Processing of refunds can take up to 14 days.
5) Exchange "Size or Color" through TFK partners:
For the sake of our customers' convenience and to speed up the exchange process, your purchases of Converse, Or and Daniel Hechter can be exchanged (an exchange of size / color only) in the corresponding stores. Please head to the store closest to you and exchange your items
The returned product must be in its original condition and its brand, price tags, box in case of shoes and receipts must not be removed, otherwise we will not be able to process your exchange. To complete the size or color exchange process through the store, the customer should present the product receipt to the branch employees, the return will be executed immediately through the branch.
