As a TFK customer, you have the right to return your purchased product within 14 days from the receipt date. The returned product must be in its original condition and its brand, price tags, box in case of shoes and receipts must not be removed, otherwise, we will not be able to process your return/exchange.

• • Easy Returns

TFK allows easy returns. In case of receiving a damaged/defective product or if you received a wrong order, TFK will bear the cost of your order’s return. Exchanges are free of charge, Refunds: Will be charged a shipping fee of LE20 for Cairo, Giza. The shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
