You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 working days depending on your shipping address. The average delivery time within Cairo, Giza, and Alex is 2-3 days, while outside those cities it should arrive within 3-5 working days. And you can arrange and schedule the pickup time with our courier partners.

• 14 Days Returns:

As a TFK customer, you have the right to return your purchased product within 14 days from the receipt date. The returned product must be in its original condition and its brand, price tags, box in case of shoes and receipts must not be removed, otherwise we will not be able to process your return/exchange.

• 30 Days Returns for Manufacturing Defects

As a TFK customer, if you received a product that has manufacturing defects, you have the right to return your purchased product within 30 days from the receipt date. The returned product must be in its original condition and its brand, price tags, box in case of shoes and receipts must not be removed, otherwise we will not be able to process your return/exchange.

• Easy Returns

TFK allows easy returns.  In case of receiving a damaged/defective product or if you received a wrong order, TFK will bear the cost of your order’s return.  Exchanges are free of charge, Refunds: Will be charged a shipping fee of LE20 for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria and LE35 for any other governorate.  The shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

• Refunds Guaranteed

TFK guarantees its customers a full refund of the order provided the returned product must be in its original condition and its brand, price tags, box in case of shoes and receipts must not be removed, otherwise we will not be able to process your return/exchange.

Please note: Refunds: Will be charged a shipping fee of LE20 for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria and LE35 for any other governorate.  The shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount. Processing Refunds can take up to 14 days.

• Non-returnable Products:

According to our returns & exchanges policy, the below products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons to ensure the safety of TFK customers:

• Items used, ironed, worn, washed, damaged or not in their original condition.
• In case of shoes, shoes returned without their original packaging (box).
• In case of brand tag or price tag has been removed from the product.
• The unreturnable items go under the following categories: lingerie, underwear, swimwear, activewear, watches, jewellery, personal care products, hats, hats & scarves, sunglasses, TFK Gift Card, other accessories, accessories, wallets, custom converse, and socks.
• No returns will be accepted if returned after 14 days from date of delivery.

Note: It is not possible to open your parcel that contains your order and return it on the spot with the courier. If you face a problem, please follow our return policy
