Q: How to make an order?

  • A: Click on the product detail page to view the available colors, sizes as well as the price of the item.
  • Choose the color and size and tap Add to Cart.
  • For an accurate size choice, use the virtual fitting room or the measurement chart to make sure you order the right size.
  • Tap on Proceed to checkout or choose to continue shopping and add more items.
  • Once you are done shopping, tap on Proceed to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Add your contact information, shipping address and continue to shipping.
  • Choose the shipping method, insert your discount code or gift card and proceed to payment.
  • Choose either Credit Card (Visa card or Mastercard), Premium Card, valU (minimum order LE500) or Cash on Delivery COD and add your billing address then press Complete Order.
  • Review your order information and tap “Place your order” to complete your purchase.
  • You will receive a confirmation email.

Q: Do you sell non-original or high-copy products?

A: No, we never sell non-original products on our website. We only sell 100% genuine and original products with no exceptions. At TFK, we care about providing our customers with the best online shopping experience and abide by the legal rules related to the Customer Protection regulations.

Q: Do you have your own line of Health and Beauty products?

A: All products found in the Health and Beauty category are provided by our sellers. TFK acts as an online marketplace to offer many different products and brands from many different sellers and sources under one roof.

Q: How do I use my TFK promo code, a voucher or a gift card? 

A: As you proceed with your order and reach the "Checkout" step, add the promo code, voucher or gift card in the box marked “Enter your discount card here”. Once added, your discount will take effect.

Q: How do I buy a gift card?

Q: How do I get my order without paying shipping fees? 

A: You can get free shipping on any order value of LE99 for Cairo, LE149 for Alexandria and LE199 for other governorates.  

Q: When do orders arrive?

A: You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 working days depending on your shipping address. 

Please Note: The cut-off time for placing an order is at 2:00 pm, meaning that the delivery for orders placed after 2:00 pm is shifted by one working day.

Q: What is TFK Xpress Delivery?

A: TFK Xpress delivery is a service which is applied on a number of products that will be delivered to you within 48 hours. In order to enjoy this service, your order should contain Xpress items only to be shipped within the mentioned period.

Kindly note that Xpress delivery is suspended for the meantime and will resume soon.

Q: Can I pay for my order in installments? 

A: Yes, we provide installment options powered by

Premium Card and valU (minimum order LE500).  

Q: Can I buy now and pay later?

A: Yes you can.  With Sympl, you can choose your most preferred pay plan, between 3, 4, or 5 payments and choose when you want to pay, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Only orders above 300 EGP are eligible to Sympl payment.

A 100 EGP fee will be deducted by Sympl upon processing the payment. This fee is refundable during 7 days only after placing an order.

Q: How can I issue a Premium Card? 

A: You need to contact your HR personnel at your organization. Premium Cards are issued in partnership with HR teams in organizations as installments amounts get deducted from monthly salary for 10 months without interests.   

Q: How can I return or exchange an item in a bundle?

A: You can exchange the size only, and If you want to return a specific item within a bundle, you should return the whole bundle and place a new order.

Q: Are there any non-original products on your website? 

A: No, TFK sells ONLY ORIGINAL BRANDS sourced directly from the brand itself or from their official licensed distributors and not through any unofficial channels. 

Q: What are ECO Products?

A: ECO products are Eco-friendly items that do not harm our environment. They could be made of organic or recycled materials.

Q: Can I cancel/edit an order after placing it? 

A: Yes, you can cancel or edit your order after placing it as long as it hasn’t shipped. 

Q: What happens if an item in my order couldn't be fulfilled? 

A: In some cases, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. When this happens, we will get in touch with you. If we can’t reach you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled.
