Shipping Policy

  • Through TFK, you can purchase original products from several trusted retailers and brands. Merchandise availability on TFK is not guaranteed, as inventory may be low.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability and in some cases, orders cannot be processed.
  • TFK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any given reason. When making an order on TFK you will receive an email with your order details confirming that we have received your order.
  • All pricing information on the Website is correct at the time of going online. TFK reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.
  • Prices may change at any time. However, except as stipulated above, the changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an order confirmation.
  • TFK attempts to be as accurate as possible in the description of the products. However, we do not warrant that such a description is totally accurate, complete, reliable, and error-free. In case you are not satisfied with the product ordered by you, you can return it to us according to the relevant provisions of our Return Policy.
  • Your order might take longer to be delivered on specific occasions (e.g. Mother’s day, Eid, Christmas...), or in periods of high demand (periods of sales/campaigns/TFK Anniversary). Kindly bear with us while we prepare your order for shipment.
  • Please Note: The cut-off time for placing an order is at 2:00 pm, meaning that the delivery for orders placed after 2:00 pm is shifted by one working day.

You will be charged 50 LE as a shipping fee, no fees related to COD.

 It is not possible to open your package and give it back to the courier. If you face a problem, please follow our Return Policy.

The estimated delivery date starts once we fulfill the order, and at that time, an update email from our side will be sent to you.

The number of days to deliver the order may vary according to the delivery location and your city.

The order will be delivered anywhere between 3 – 4 working days.

We cannot postpone your order; you can cancel it and reorder again once you are able to receive it. Our shipping partners will try to deliver your order 3 times, if they cannot reach you, your order will be canceled.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method" Vodafone Cash wallet". We can refund the amount also as a Gift Card.
No, you will not be able to receive the refund through the Vodafone cash wallet, only customers who paid their orders with the Vodafone cash wallet will be able to receive the refund through it.

The confirmation email means that we received your order request, the email also lets you know the order number. Once the seller gives us the items of your order, we will ship your order and email you.
