For Standard Shipping orders:

Fashion and Health & Beauty: You will be charged 20 LE as a shipping fee if your order is under 500 LE. if your order is above 500 LE the shipping will be free.

Home Fashion: A shipping fee of 50 LE will be applied on all home fashion orders of any value.

For Express Shipping Orders: You will be charged 30 LE as a shipping fee if your order is under 500 LE, and 10 LE if your order is above 500.

Please note: Home fashion is not eligible for free shipping and it’s available in Cairo and Giza only.

The estimated delivery date starts once we fulfill the order, and at that time, an update email from our side will be sent to you.

The number of days to deliver the order may vary according to the delivery location and your city.

For Standard Delivery orders: The order will be delivered anywhere between 3 – 4 working days.

For Express Delivery orders: The order will be delivered the next day if placed before 2 pm.

Express Shipping is applicable on certain brands and can be selected at checkout.

Express Shipping is not applicable on orders placed on Thursday and Friday.

Yes you can.  With Sympl, you can choose your most preferred pay plan, between 3, 4, or 5 payments, and choose when you want to pay, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Only orders above 300 EGP are eligible to Sympl payment.

A 100 EGP fee will be deducted by Sympl upon processing the payment. This fee is refundable for 7 days only after placing an order.

In event of an exchange, you will receive a voucher in your email to place a new order noting that it has no expiration date. You will be able to add the TFK discount code if applicable.
You need to contact the HR personnel at your organization. Premium Cards are issued in partnership with HR teams in organizations as installments amounts get deducted from monthly salary for 10 months without interest.
You can exchange the size only, and If you want to return a specific item within a bundle, you should return the whole bundle and place a new order.
No, Shein products are not available for return or exchange, but you can get a refund voucher on selected items.

No, TFK sells ONLY ORIGINAL BRANDS sourced directly from the brand itself or from their official licensed distributors and not through any unofficial channels.

Yes, you can cancel or edit your order after placing it as long as it hasn’t shipped.

If one of the ordered items is not available or defected, it will be cancelled from the order and the order will be fulfilled with the rest of the items. In case that happens, you will be notified.

TFK has the right to cancel orders for any reason, you will be notified on your email in case of order cancellation. Please make sure that you have registered the correct email address in order to receive notifications and updates on your orders.

Unfortunately not; as customized items were made as per the customer's request, they cannot be sold to other customers, therefore they cannot be returned or exchanged.
