  • Review your order information and tap Place your order to complete your purchase.

Q: Do you sell non-original or high-copy products?

A: No, we never sell non-original products on our website. We only sell 100% genuine and original products with no exceptions. At TFK, we care so much about providing our customers with the best online shopping experience, and therefore, we abide by the legal rules related to the Customer Protection regulations.

Q: Do you have your own line of Health and Beauty products?

A: All products found in the Health and Beauty category are provided by our sellers. TFK acts as an online marketplace to offer many different products and brands from many different sellers and sources under one roof.

Q: How do I use my TFK promo code, a voucher or a gift card? 

A: As you proceed with your order and reach the "Checkout" step, you will find the box where you can add the promo code, voucher or gift card. Once added, your purchase total amount will be automatically reduced according to the entered code.

Q: How do I get my order without paying shipping fees? 

A: You can get free shipping on any order value, and the minimum order value is LE99 in Cairo, LE149 in Alexandria and LE199 for other governorates.  

 Q: When do orders arrive? 

A: You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 working days depending on your shipping address. The average delivery time within Cairo, Giza, and Alex is 2-3 days, while outside those cities it should arrive within 3-5 working days. And you can arrange and schedule the pickup time with our courier partners.  

Q: What are TFK Xpress Delivery?

A: TFK Xpress delivery is a service which is applied on a number of products that will be delivered to you within 48 hours. In order to enjoy this service, your order should contain Xpress items only to be shipped within the mentioned period.

 

Q: Can I pay for my order in installments? 

A: Yes, we provide installment options powered by Premium Card and valU (minimum order LE500).  

Q: How can I issue a Premium Card? 

A: You need to contact your HR personnel at your organization. Premium Cards are issued in partnership with HR teams in organizations as installments amounts get deducted from monthly salary for 10 months without interests.

    Q: Can I cancel/edit an order after placing it? 

    A: Yes, you can contact our Customer Support Team via WhatsApp chat, call, or email us to cancel or edit your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. 

    Q: What happens if an item in my order couldn't be fulfilled? 

    A: In some cases, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. When this happens, we will get in touch with you to see the best option that suits you, whether to change the item or discard it from your order. If this happens to you, our Customer Support Team will send you an email/call notifying you of the delay and will expect a response from your end within 48 hours. If we couldn't reach you during this period, we will ship the rest of your order without this missing item. 

    Q: How do I return/exchange an order?
