Refunds Guaranteed
TFK guarantees its customers a full refund of the order provided the returned product is in its original condition and its brand, price tags, box in case of shoes and receipts are not removed, otherwise we will not be able to process your return/exchange.
Please note: Refunds: Will be charged a shipping fee of LE20 for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, and LE35 for any other government, deductible from the refunded amount.
If you bought a product and want to exchange it with another one, the shipping fee and return are for free, but in case you want to return it and get a refund, you will pay a shipping fee of LE20 for Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria, and LE35 for any other government, deductible from the refunded amount.
Example:
You bought an item with a cost of 100EGP and you want to return it and get a refund, in this case you will receive your refund amount as 80EGP if you are in Cairo, Giza, and Alex, and you will receive your refunded amount as 65LE for any other governments.
Once the returned item passes inspection, a customer support agent will get in touch with you to validate the reason for returning the item.
1) If you paid in cash: You will be asked to give us your bank account details, and the refund will be issued by TFK within a few days following the successful inspection of the returned item.

- Branch and bank name:
You can also request to be refunded through a voucher to be used for your future purchases on TFK.
2) If you paid by credit card: You will be refunded on the same card. We will authorize the refund in a few days following the successful inspection of the item. Processing time of the refund on your credit card is dependent on the bank issuing your credit card.
3) If you paid by Premium: You will get the refund directly on your Premium card.
Please Note:
- Any refund given will be at the price you paid and during promotions the refund will be limited to the promotional price paid.
